- Remove your new box and leads from its packaging.
- Locate the remote control and insert the batteries (included)
- Locate the Power cable, Scart-to-TV connection cable and the Ethernet cable.
- Now connect the Power, Scart and Ethernet cables to your set-top box.
- Plug the Power lead into the wall socket, the Scart lead into your TV and the Ethernet cable into your internet router (if you are using NetPlugs with your box, please plug the Ethernet cable from your box into the one NetPlug and connect to a wall socket. Then connect the other Ethernet lead between the other NetPlug and your internet router, plug the NetPlug into a power socket).
- Once you have connected your set-top-box to your internet, your TV and a power supply, please turn the box on using the button located at the front left hand corner of your box. The light will turn from Red to Green to let you know that the unit is now on.
- Leave the box for a few minutes, during this time it will be gaining access to your internet and configuring itself to provide you with the best service possible and ensuring it doesn’t take too much of your internet bandwidth.
- After a few minutes the digital display should start flashing with numbers, it will run through 3 or 4 sequences of numbers before displaying a letter and number code, this means that your box is now connected to your internet.
- You’ll then be greeted by a blue screen that requests your username and password. Please input these details using your remote control. If your username or password contains the same two letters or numbers straight after one another, please remember to press enter before typing the 2nd of the same letter or number. Once you have entered these details, follow the instructions on screen.
- You'll see a message saying 'Loading. Please wait.' When you see this, simply press the 'menu' button on your remote. Sit back and enjoy your new television service.
