Rich Tuckwell

Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Founder and expert in IP technology delivery and execution. Rich started his career introducing IP technology into the telecoms market. IPTV was a natural evolution for his experience and has seen him working with the biggest names in broadcasting, from the BBC and ITV to it's industry bodies like Ofcom.

Anne James

Chief Financial Officer

A qualified accountant, who has worked with the business for the past 2 years, Anne has a vast understanding of how the business and its partners operate. Working alongside Rich, she is able to handle everything from day to day books, accounts and forecasting, to arranging international finance and the accompanying demands. 

Penny Crawford

Head of Strategic Operations 

With a career spanning various roles including sales, communications, administration market research and business development, Penny has a broad range of experience. Utilising this, she is able to execute fast and effective strategies while managing and maintaining relationships, helping to support business growth. She has worked with Rich for over 15 years. 

Adam Kirkby

Chief Operations Officer

With a long history working in the armed forces and specialising in telecoms, since leaving service, Adam has continued to work within satellite and IP communications. Having worked with the likes of Sky, Arqiva and Ericsson, Adam has great experience in how IPTV has been developed, as well as how it can compliment existing platforms.

Working on the technology behind Very Tangy TV since 2010, Mark is a technical genius, helping manage and maintain the network from ingestion to delivery and everything in-between.

With over 10 years working in PR and marketing within big business, Kate understands the processes and practises needed to successfully communicate with both press and public to generate interest and impact. Before joining Very Tangy, Kate managed three international motoring brands, handling both B2B and B2C relations.
